Day 1: Arrival Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) (D)
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement

Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh City airport, group will be welcome by a guide from Viet Vision Travel and transferred to our hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Once there you will be at your leisure and have time to relax. In the evening we will dine on wonderful Vietnamese cuisine at a fine restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. You will then spend the night at the hotel. Please note that, today schedule can be revised reasonably when we have specific time of landing plane.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnel (B, L)
Accommodations: Kingston Hotel Saigon
In the morning we will leave Ho Chi Minh City for the Cu Chi tunnels, otherwise known as the “Iron Triangle” or “Iron Land”. On our way there we will drive through pleasant countryside; rubber plantations and rice paddies. Before entering the tunnels, we will see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, followed by an exploration of the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers. After that we transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City our trip concluded around 1, 30 pm, the rest of day free at the leisure for enjoy shopping.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Can Tho (Mekong delta) (B, L)
Accommodations: Ninh Kieu 2 Hotel Saigon
This morning we leave the city for the Mekong Delta. We arrive at Cai Be town. We take our private boat for a cruise along the maze of waterways and canals. This is first sightseeing about local daily life of southern people on water, after visiting some of the local cottage industries, our lunch will be serving on nice island, and afterward we keep enjoy the boat riding cross river to Vinh Long town, from here we continue travel further down Mekong delta to Can Tho city where is very famous for floating market of Cai Rang.

Day 4: Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
Accommodations: Kingston Hotel Saigon
After breakfast we start our trip with a boat cruise to Cai Rang, where there will be hundreds of boats loaded with fruit, vegetables and fish jostling for trade. We will visit the lush orchards and will be treated to a variety of delicious tropical fruit. On The way we will stop to visit Vinh Long town. This will be followed by an afternoon drive to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, D)
Transfer via: Vietnam Airlines Economy Class
Accommodations: Thuy Duong 3 Hotel
We take the morning flight to Danang then visit the Cham Museum in Da Nang, where there is a display of fine artifacts of the Cham people. We then visit “Me Khe beach” and a marble crafting village. Later we will explore the charming little township of Hoi An with its old houses and temples. We will stay overnight at a hotel in Hoi An.

Day 6: Cooking class in Hoi An (B, L, D)
Accommodations: Thuy Duong 3 Hotel
We have an early start today and after breakfast will make our way into Hoi An town to Hai Scout Cafe. After a welcome drink, we will visit Hoi An’s colorful market to experience the sights, sounds and aromas of this amazing place. During our market experience we will have the opportunity to interact with local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in our impending cooking lesson. After that we board a private boat for a leisurely cruise along the Thu Bon River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. The boat cruise is a great chance to view local river life so ensure that your camera is at hand!! Upon arrival we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s most well-known dishes. We then begin to cook!! The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours with each dish first being demonstrated by the Red Bridge’s master Chef before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving and plate decoration. After the lesson we will sit down and enjoy what we have just prepared for lunch. After lunch we will transfer back to central Hoi An for some free time.

Day 7: Enjoy Hoi An (B, D)
Accommodations: Thuy Duong 3 Hotel
Today there are no activities include, so students will be free at the leisure to rest or take short walk to the town for last shopping

Day 8: Hoi An – Hue City Tour (B, L)
Accommodations: Green Hotel Hue
We embark on a Northern bound journey to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. On the way we stop on the spectacular Hai Van Pass. The journey takes about 5 hours. In the afternoon we will have our first glimpse of Hue to visit the Forbidden Purple City and Dong Ba market. Tonight we will join the Traditional Music show in the boat on the Perfume River. Overnight stay at a hotel in Hue.

Day 9: Hue – Boat trip along Perfume River (B, D)
Accommodations: Green Hotel Hue
Today we will take a boat cruise on the Perfume River to visit the picturesque Thien Mu, or Heavenly Lady Pagoda. Also worth visiting are the tombs of the former Emperors Minh Mang. You will be free to enjoy your leisure in the afternoon.

Day 10: Hue Fly Hanoi – Hanoi city tour (B, L)
Transfer via: Vietnam Airlines Economy Class
Accommodations: Flower Garden Hotel Hanoi
In the morning, we will take a flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival in Hanoi we will be transferred to our hotel, short ride for learning about Hanoi orientation tour by an hour cyclo ride the old quarter.

Day 11: Hanoi – Mai Chau day trip (B, L)

Mai Chau is located in Hoa Binh Province, approximately 135km from Hanoi and 60km from Hoa Binh Town. From the top of Cun Mountain, one can admire the superb panorama of Mai Chau surrounded by a green valley and houses-on-stilts. Many minorities, including the Thai ethnic group, live in Mai Chau. Thai people live in houses-on-stilts, which are quite large with palm leaf roofs and polished bamboo-slat floors. We have time for a walk through villages, this is great chance for student to discover the local people life as well as to learn the how is colorful fabric making, the material used by Thai minority to make their clothes. Having lunch with a local family then drive back to Hanoi.

Day 12: Hanoi – Ha Long bay (Overnight on the deluxe junk) (B, L, D)
Accommodations: Halong Sails Cruises
We depart Hanoi to Ha Long Bay, which is now one of four World Heritage-listed sites in Vietnam. Upon arriving in Ha Long City we transfer to our private boat for an amazing cruise of Ha Long Bay, and if the weather permits, we will have the opportunity for a swim in the crystalline emerald waters. The trip would not be completed without a sumptuous seafood lunch on board. Dinner will be served and you will spend overnight on board.

Day 13: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Accommodations: Flower Garden Hotel Hanoi
Rising early you can hear the sound of the ocean coming to life for another lovely day. We will have our breakfast over sunrise before more exploration of Ha Long bay by junk and then by rowing boat to the lagoons. We will visit Luon cave, and the floating villages. We then sail to explore the Bay and have a fresh seafood lunch on board before approaching Ha Long wharf. We will return to Hanoi at around 03:00PM. There is an overnight at a hotel in Hanoi.

Breakfast – Each breakfast will be served in your hotel. Breakfast selections include both Vietnamese and Western dishes to meet every diner’s taste.

Lunch – Lunches are normally arranged at the Vietnamese restaurants near the scenic spots. Your tour guides will order food according to your appetite. Most are Vietnamese dishes, and some are modified to fit westerners’ tastes. At some of the meals one complimentary soft drink is served. Some times the student would love to have western food. Our tour leaders will take them to: Indian, Italian or Some fast food as student always love that.

Dinner – Same as lunch. If you prefer to not eat Vietnamese food, Viet Vision Travel suggests you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area.
